New Brunswick's Electrifying Rock 'n' roll band
GigsWho are we?
We are a classic rock band from Hampton, New Brunswick and are the featured house band at The Porch! We are ready to rock out any venue from Saint John to Moncton and beyond!
The middle of a pandemic, what a time to form a band. Having moved to New Brunswick from Ottawa, I had to say goodbye to my former band of 3 years. We sure had fun. Within that short time, we had appeared on the TV, the radio and had released our first single. The page has now turned, and it’s time to bring these rocking tunes to the Atlantic region. The start was a little unsure, hosting auditions while maintaining distancing and sanitizing was unusual, but necessary. There was an original lineup that had formed, but after a few months, that had fallen through. I didn’t want to give up though so the search continued for talented musicians who wanted this as much as I did.
Patience proved to be rewarding! Now we have Ben on the drums who has been around the music scene in Grand Bay and is bringing his awesome beat to Power Bar. Matt has also had his share of band experiences in the Saint John area and left behind the demonic punk scene to play classic rock. Jeremy has been playing guitar for a long time, of the classical genre. Jeremy also proved to have a good voice for singing and joined the group to play guitar and lead the vocals.
So here we are, 4 different backgrounds all ready to hit the stage together. I remember playing on the stages in Ottawa and am so excited to be back in front of the crowds. So whether you’re booking for a restaurant, birthday party, wedding or anything else, we will be there with bells on! Thanks for reading.

I remember going to beginner lessons when I was 10 years old with an old worn out acoustic guitar that I still have today. Having grown up listening to the classic rock bands of yesteryear, I knew what I wanted to play when I was picking up new instruments. “Living the dream” as we sometimes say, while on stage, definitely accurate. I used to play in a band in Ottawa for 3 years before moving to New Brunswick. In that time, we played on the radio, the TV and released a single with a music video. Looking forward to the adventures that lay ahead with this new lineup!

It wasn’t until my late teens that I knew that music was going to be my life. A coworker at my first job told me that I should study music at university. I listened. Since then, I’ve earned a diploma and a degree in music (classical guitar) and have performed professionally in various settings including pit orchestras, guitar ensembles, weddings, etc. I’ve really enjoyed being involved with classical music over the years, but now it’s time to rock! This a new chapter for me and I’m very excited to be working with the talented guys in Power Bar.

One day when I was a kid I opened up a cabinet and found my dad's vinyl collection. That's all it took and I knew what I wanted to do. My parents got me an electric guitar and my journey started. On top of guitar, bass caught my attention and bass playing fit me. I cut my teeth at open mic nights and different local bands and am beyond stoked to bring my bass playing to Power Bar.

I’ve always loved music but drums became a big part of my life when I got my first kit at 20. Recently moved back to N.B. after living and gigging in Ontario for the past 20 years. Can't wait to rock some venues here in the Maritimes!!
